The Norwin Band

The Norwin Percussion Department contains 20+ members who are also members of the Norwin Band.  These students are involved with Marching Band, Concert Band, Jazz Band, and Percussion Ensemble.  Our focus and goal of the Percussion Department is to create a "total" percussionist.  This involves having the students learn a wide gambit of percussion instruments instead of focusing on their main or primary instrument.  With abilities ranging from beginner to advanced the students strive for excellence and help each other along the way.
